Every week a company asks its lawyers short questions: a clause to sign, a letter received, a deadline. The right answer often fits in two lines, and the value lies in knowing which ones. MINI ME takes these questions and shortens the time; the lawyer stays on the point that changes the decision.

Con un’AI che risponde da sola, il rischio che temiamo di più è la risposta corretta ma incompleta, che tace proprio sul punto decisivo. Nel video la clausola che preoccupava il cliente era innocua (la rinuncia preventiva all’indennità di avviamento, secondo l’orientamento della Cassazione, è nulla); la firma da non sottovalutare era un’altra, quella che gli sarebbe stata chiesta durante il rapporto, magari in cambio di uno sconto sul canone.

With an AI that answers on its own, the risk we fear most is the correct but incomplete answer, silent on exactly the decisive point. In the video the clause that worried the client was harmless (according to the Court of Cassation, an advance waiver of the goodwill indemnity is void); the signature not to underestimate was another one, the one the client would be asked for during the lease, perhaps in exchange for a rent reduction.

• Ragiona con il metodo dello Studio: le regole con cui leggiamo un contratto le ha scritte il nostro team, a partire dai casi seguiti.
• Conosce la tua azienda: visura e documenti restano nel fascicolo riservato dell’impresa e li rilegge a ogni conversazione.
• Sa quando fermarsi: davanti a un possibile errore o a una contraddizione si ferma su quel punto e chiama l’avvocato.
• Ne risponde un avvocato dello Studio: ogni percorso si chiude con la convalida di un avvocato dello Studio, che aggiunge il consiglio quando serve.

• It knows your company: the company profile and documents stay in its confidential file and are read again at every conversation.
• It knows when to stop: faced with a possible error or a contradiction it stops on that point and calls the lawyer.
• A lawyer of the firm answers for it: every conversation ends with validation by one of the firm’s lawyers, who adds advice where needed.
